Tunisian crochet produces a lovely and very sturdy fabric that can be used for many objects including garments and home decor such as pillow covers, coasters and place mats. In this class you will learn to use a Tunisian crochet hook to make 4 different stitch patterns and crochet a purse or small bag with pockets and other design features.

I-Cord Workshop

Spend a couple of hours learning some amazing ways to use I-cord (a firm, round knitted cord) in your projects. We'll cover basic I-cord, a nifty double I-cord useful as a handle for felted bags, an I-cord bind off, and how to knit applied I-cord to the edge of a finished knitted object. We will also discuss using I-cord as an embellishment and get some ideas for making closures with it. These techniques should be in every knitter's bag of tricks!
