This introduction to lace class will focus on the basics of lace knitting. Students should bring approximately 850 yards of a DK weight yarn and a size 8 needle. This pattern can be adjusted to use a worsted weight yarn or a fingering weight yarn if needed.

Learn techniques to help you finish your knitted garments so they look hand-made, not home-made. We’ll cover seaming, weaving in ends, picking-up stitches, buttonholes, blocking and so much more! You’ll gain confidence as we practice on swatches in class. Bring your project (or projects) that you are struggling to finish, and we’ll work on them together in the second class!
